Practice Policy

We will aim to provide high quality dental care maintaining a high standard, with the emphasis on prevention. We endeavour to offer a friendly & caring environment.

The patients are our most important members of the practice team and we hope to exceed their expectations. We will focus on establishing patient need by listening, questioning and communicating oral health awareness within the dental team.

By communicating oral health needs, we will hope to demonstrate and analyse patients individual needs to improve oral health and achieve improvement in both their and the dentist's perception.

We will provide restoration options after eliciting patients perceptions and expectations. We will strive to improve the periodontal health of all patients with their co-operation and assistance at home.

Health and safety of both patients and staff are taken very seriously, we operate universal precautions for the control of cross infection.

Disabled patients are welcome and can be seen downstairs on Thursdays. There is a porta-ramp for access from the High Street, with a hand rail at the door. There is a large patient toilet.
